♥ Saturday – Crumbed fish, chips and veg
♥ Sunday – Veg Frittata
Not much to the meal plan this week as we’ll be spending half the week at my parents’ house.
Swimming first thing on Monday and then Mr Monkey has to head into work. We’ll be going home, packing then driving down to my parents’ house. Hoping to get a run in on Tuesday but otherwise just having a bit of a break.
Back home on Wednesday and I’ve got some mince cooked in passata in the freezer that I’ll defrost to make spag bol. Lily has school on Thursday and Friday and I’ll be giving the slow cooker a bit of a workout.
We have the awesome Amy coming over for brunch on Saturday morning. I can’t wait, it’s been ages since we’ve caught up!
Boring meals over the weekend – using up some frozen crumbed fish, and then the rest of the vegetables to make a yummy frittata.
