♥ Saturday – McCormick Peri Peri Chicken and rice
♥ Sunday – Toasted Sandwiches
Sorry for the lack of posts over the past week. I’ve had a few posts that I’ve started but just haven’t finished. The blog just seems to have taken a lower place in my priorities this week – I was able to complete and submit 5 assignments since last Saturday. I’ve gotten results for 4 – 3 distinctions and 1 high distinctions. I have to admit, it feels good! My psychologist keeps telling me that I have to give myself credit for what I’ve done so I won’t mention that 3 were very small and easy assignments and I should’ve had them done ages ago!
So, I left blog post writing to late at night for most of the week and I was just too tired to concentrate. I’ve half written a post about updating our camping packing list and I have a few other posts in the pipeline but I just can’t seem to get them finished.
But I am going to work on them over the next few days so you should see some more posts soon!
Fairly basic meal plan this week. We’ll be out of the house a few nights and we really need to keep the grocery budget small this week as well.
In-law’s are back from Fiji so we’ll be heading over to their house tomorrow night. It’s also my mother-in-law’s birthday later in the week so we’ll all be going out for lunch on Sunday.
On Thursday night I’ll be catching up for dinner with a group of friends that I met on another blog. Looking forward to that!
Only really interesting meal this week is the McCormick Peri Peri Chicken and rice. I found the recipe base in the cupboard and realised we hadn’t had it before so thought I’d give it a go!
