This Sunday is Fathers Day in Australia. It will be the first year that my Dad hasn’t had to work Fathers Day in many, many years so we’ll be heading down to their house after Lily finishes school on Friday and Mr Monkey will be joining us on Sunday.
I won a Masterchef Extra Wide Pasta maker through one of their competitions and Mr Monkey is very excited to use it. So, I’ve given him the Pea & Marscapone Ravioli with Sage Burnt Butter from the August 2013 edition of Delicious Magazine to have a go. I’m sure Lily will want to “help” him too.
Yes, Slow Cooker Curried Sausages is on the meal plan again this week. The experiment the other week worked fairly well but it still needs a little tweaking. Also, I made double of the roux so need to use that up.
