♥ Wednesday – Chicken Yakitori & Noodles
♥ Thursday – Chorizo Fried Rice
♥ Friday – Beef burgers and chips
♥ Saturday – Lily’s Birthday – Cheesy Pasta
♥ Sunday – Lily’s Party!
I suppose the most obvious event happening this week is Lily’s birthday! Yup, my little, tiny baby is turning 4 this weekend. I have no idea how that happened.
So most of the week will be spent doing party preparations – Friday is a busy day with my psychologist appointment in the morning and Lily at school. Then Mum will help me do all of the food shopping for the party and we’ll start on some of the decoration organising. Saturday will be spent cooking for the party and we’ll make Lily’s favourite meal, cheesy pasta, for dinner.
Sunday is her party for her friends from our Mothers Group and a few from her school. We’re holding it at my in-law’s house this year, simply because we don’t have the room! But it will mean an early morning to get over there and finish all of the preparation. Nothing planned for dinner that night – I don’t even have a plan for what will happen once the party finishes.
