♥ Saturday – Chicken Schnitzels, Mash & Veg
♥ Sunday – Spicy Roasted Vegetable Macaroni and Cheese
A bit late this week – we had a very busy weekend, full of parties and naps and surprise vomits. Today was then filled with a very tired toddler, swimming lesson, last minute trip to the shops to get my smashed phone screen fixed, quick bout of housework and then the hour and a half drive to my parents’ house. Plus another nap.
This week is another busy one. I’m at my parents’ house again for a few days. Chloe’s head ultrasound was rescheduled to Wednesday so we’ll be back up for that. Thursday night we’re meeting my awesome friend Amy for dinner at a Japanese restaurant and then Friday Lily’s at school. Thankfully, the weekend should be a quiet one, most likely spent doing housework.
I’ve kept the meal plan fairly simple this week – store-bought ravioli and sauce, pizzas made on english muffins, easy pan-fried schnitzels and mash and a simple mac and cheese with added roasted veggies. My focus needs to be on other things this week.
