Once again, this post is a little late. I suppose I’m getting them up at least but I don’t seem to be able to get them up “on time”. And I’m obviously not getting other posts up other than my meal plans and cleaning zones.

I’m not sure where I’m going to go with the blog at the moment. I love doing it, I love where I could go with it but I just don’t have the time for it. It’s adding to my anxiety when I think about how much I “have’ to do and it’s adding to the guilt when I’m taking time for myself.

Plus there’s the guilt when I take a long time to reply to PR emails or to get a post up and I’m feeling like I’m not doing them a service at all.

So perhaps I’ll take a break, I don’t really know. I’m going to focus on getting my meal plans up each week and see how I go from there. Maybe I’ll get my mojo back. I don’t want to let it go completely, I love it too much.

So anyway, big news here. I got a tattoo yesterday! Yes, I can hardly believe it either. It’s a Japanese Kanji on the inside of my left wrist. The meaning is a bit ambiguous but one meaning is “mindfulness” and I’m using it as a mindfulness reminder. Another meaning is “to read” and I LOVE to read so it’s well suited.

I’m still a little in shock that I actually got it done and I don’t think it has totally sunk in yet. But I love it. And I’m so happy with myself for actually doing it and actually bearing up pretty well! Although, it only took 15 minutes so I’m not that brave! :)

No big plans this week other than heading down to my parents’ house for the weekend to go to some carols. I’m also hoping to get some study done as it has been way too long since I did any.

I’m starting to get back into running although I’m struggling a little as I’ve lost a lot of my fitness after having so much time off. I’m finding it hard even getting out for a run but I’m going to try and force myself out for at least 2 runs this week.

Other than that, it’s a normal week!
