A bit of a busy week this week, with lots of visiting. Today we have Lily’s swimming lesson and we are probably going to head over to my in-law’s house in the afternoon for dinner.
Tuesday will be errand day with groceries and a library trip. I’m hoping to go for a run in the late afternoon as Mr Monkey has the day off work and can look after Lily. Hopefully, he’ll also start dinner at the same time – Orange Teriyaki Fish with Asian Coleslaw + ½ cup cooked brown rice. All meals are once again from the 1 Million Kilo Challenge. Week 4 this week.
Wednesday will be cleaning day and then Basic Grilled Steak with Purple & Orange Carrot Salad with Lentils.
Thursday my parents might be coming up to take Lily and my niece over to the Magic Yellow Bus while I get to have some “me time”. Personally, I’m a big fan of this idea! We’ll be heading back down to my parents’ house after that and it’s dinner out for my Pop’s birthday that night.
Because I always end up wanting to stay more than one night I’ve decided to plan to stay 2 nights this time.
Heading home on Saturday, probably do some more housework and then it’s a healthy Hamburger with the Lot.
Sunday Mr Monkey is off work but we don’t have much planned. Basic Grilled Chicken with Basic Vegetable Fusion + 1 Smashed Potato and probably just a lot of napping and lazing around the house.
