Monday we have Lily’s swimming lesson and my parents are coming up to watch. Will probably have lunch with them afterwards and then I have to head to the post office to mail the book from my giveaway last week. I’m trying the Satay Sausage Curry from the magazine for dinner.
Tuesday will be spent doing groceries and housework and I’ve planned a Thai Chicken & Green Bean Stir-fry for dinner. Mr Monkey will hopefully be home for dinner!
Wednesday will be spent doing housework and then we are going out to dinner to celebrate my friend Amy’s birthday. We were supposed to go last Saturday but she has been sick so had to post-pone. Can’t wait!
Thursday Lily and I will be heading down to my parents’ house for a few nights.
We’ll be heading home on Saturday and Mr Monkey should have the evening off so I’ve planned Steaks with Avocado and Corn Salsa. Sounds good!
Sunday will be probably be a lazy day around the house and I’ve planned some easy fish burgers.
