Only a few meals to plan this week. Monday will be fairly normal – Mr Monkey is off work, Lily has her swimming lesson, we’ll have a quiet afternoon and hopefully Mr Monkey will cook dinner! He picked up some Osso Bucco on sale last week (it’s been frozen since) so I’ll let him decide how to cook it.
Tuesday I will be heading down to my parent’s house and then returning on Thursday. Thursday night I have planned a nice easy meal that I know Lily will love – Sausage Risotto.
Friday I thought I’d try a new vegetarian recipe – Lentil & Ricotta Cannelloni. Looks interesting!
Saturday Mr Monkey is working so I thought I’d do spaghetti & meatballs. Probably with some hidden vegetables.
Sunday Mr Monkey should be off work and we haven’t had much fish lately so I thought I’d do something special – Macadamia Crusted Barramundi
