On the left you can see what I have planned for this week. Once again, a quiet week this week. I’ve moved a lot of last week’s meals on to this week as we didn’t have them last week – we were down at my parents’ house for longer than expected.
Monday will be our usual day; Lily’s swimming lesson in the morning and then probably home to clean. Perhaps a doctors appointment for me. I had this meal -Sausage & Quinoa Paella on the meal plan but didn’t get around to making it. It seems interesting so thought I’d make it while Mr Monkey is home.
Tuesday and Wednesday will be spent at home and I’ve planned meals that should use up things we have in the freezer and cupboard – Meatballs & Spaghetti and Tuna Bake.
Thursday Mr Monkey should be home for the evening and I’ve planned a simple Veggie Stir Fry. Friday I have planned a girls night with the beautiful Amy. I haven’t planned dinner but we are probably just going to get pizza and watch trashy tv shows.
Saturday I thought I would try something new – Sweet & Sour Chicken. Looks yummy!
I had Fish & Vegetable Parcels on the plan a couple of weeks ago but plans were changed. It looks good so I thought I’d give it another go.
