Welcome to those that are following because of my Cleaning Routine in 20 Days Challenge. This is a post I do regularly (theoretically every week). I find it interesting to see what people eat each week, and get ideas from their meal plans. I hope you do too!
Fairly busy week this week. Tonight we are heading out to the in-law’s house for dinner.
I’m hoping to take Lily to the library tomorrow for some one-on-one time. We haven’t been to the library since before Chloe was born and we’ve barely had any time with just Lily and I. We were going to last week but we decided to take Lily to the bike track instead to ride her new bike from Santa. I’m glad we did because she had a fantastic time! Then we’ll be heading to our favourite Japanese restaurant for dinner with the amazing Amy for dinner.
Wednesday will be a quiet one at home with just the grocery shopping to do. Using up things in the pantry/freezer to make Chicken in Oyster Sauce with Hokkien noodles.
Thursday Lily is at school and I’ll be cooking Pasta Boscaiola for dinner – Lily loves pasta, especially creamy/cheesy ones (just like Mummy!).
Friday Lily’s at school again and I have my psychologist appointment in the morning. Easy dinner of Rissoles with potato salad for when Lily gets home.
This weekend is a busy one as it’s currently birthday season for our mums group – the birthdays start just before Christmas and end with Lily’s in February. We have a party on Saturday and then another on Sunday so I’m keeping dinners simple and easy – a vegetarian risotto and eggs on toast on Sunday.
Would love to know what you’re eating this week!
